Its aluminium body and PTFE sealing are specified for compatibility with liquid nitrogen, liquid oxygen, and liquid argon at temperatures down to -203°C.The piston design ensures a positive, repeatable shutoff under reverse flow conditions at pressure ratings up to 422 bar - an exceptional figure for a cryogenic check valve. Available in ½" to 3" flanged configurations, it is deployed in cryogenic fill lines, vessel outlet connections, and pump discharge circuits.

Its aluminium body and PTFE stem packing provide the cold-temperature material compatibility needed in liquid nitrogen and liquid oxygen service at temperatures down to -196°C. With a pressure rating of 64 bar and a globe-type flow path that provides excellent throttling characteristics, this valve is used on cryogenic vessel outlets, transfer line isolation, and low-temperature process control installations where modulating flow control is required.

With stem (extended bonnet) connections in ¾" to 2" inlet sizes, it accommodates the thermal gradients inherent in cryogenic service. The metallic sealing and cast steel body ensure reliable, leak-tight reseating after pressure events at temperatures down to -200°C and at pressures up to 350 bar. The S3100 meets the safety requirements of cryogenic vessel pressure relief as defined by international pressure equipment directives.
