When power or compressed air supply is interrupted, the valve defaults to the closed position, driving the connected actuator to its safe state. This is essential in applications such as emergency shut-off valves on chemical reactors, pressure relief bypass circuits, and flammable gas isolation duties. Rated from 0.5 to 10 bar with an expanded temperature range to +60°C.

Available in 3/2 and 5/2 way configurations with pneumatic, spring-return, and single or dual coil actuation, the valve delivers compressed air pilot signals to quarter-turn or linear actuators on process valves in chemical plants, oil refineries, and water treatment facilities. The aluminium body and ¼" port size make it compatible with the majority of standard NAMUR-compliant actuator topworks.

The 3/2-way, M5 port configuration handles filtered compressed air and inert gas up to 10 bar, making it ideal for multi-zone control applications in automated assembly equipment, process machinery, and material handling systems.
