With a ⅛" port and orifice range of 1.2–2.3mm, it is engineered for use in analytical instruments, pneumatic pilot circuits, and medical laboratory equipment. Like the 21JP, the 31JP uses PPS and brass body construction with FKM sealing, enabling compatibility with air, water, steam, and inert gases. It operates in normally closed mode and is rated for pressures up to 15 bar at temperatures from -10°C to +140°C.

The timer automates solenoid valve cycles in compressed air condensate drain systems, automatic filter blow-down lines, and periodic dosing applications. Compatible with supply voltages from 24V to 240V AC/DC, it shares the same ABS-PA shell and NBR gasket construction as the digital model, making both suitable for industrial panel-mount or field-box installation.
